We prefer Dysport as a neuromodulator (often known as “Botox”) for its proven effectiveness and ability to deliver consistent, natural looking results. What should I do before and after my appointment?
Avoid alcohol, blood thinners (if approved by your doctor), ibuprofen, omega 3’s 3-5days prior to your appointment.
For Microneeding & peels, stop your retinol and acvtives like vitamin C 3 days prior to your appointment.
After treatment, avoid massaging or laying flat for a few hours, avoid alcohol, skip saunas, hot yoga and intense workouts for 48 hours, and follow all provided aftercare instructions.
What is Dysport and how is it different from Botox?
Dysport and Botox are both neuromodulators that relax the muscles responsible for fine lines and wrinkles. The main difference is in how the product spreads and feels- many clients find Dysport offers a soft, natural look with fast-acting results.
Is there downtime after microneedling?
You may experience mild redness and sensitivity for 24–48 hours — similar to a light sunburn. Makeup can typically be worn after 24 hours, and you’ll notice smoother, glowing skin within a few days.
